3 | Shelf life

Your personal data is kept by PROGICAR for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated above, which in any case cannot exceed:
for cookies: maximum 13 months
for newsletter subscribers: indefinitely until the request to unsubscribe and/or under 3 years if no commercial interaction has taken place. The data will be destroyed simultaneously with the unsubscription.
for accounting data (invoices, orders...): 10 years
for prospects: 36 months after the last solicitation to which the prospect responded
for other form data recorded on the site: 24 months
for customers: 10 years after the last invoice issued by PROGICAR - as of the date of the closing of the accounting period concerned.

4 | Non-disclosure of personal data

Your Personal Information will never be sold, shared or communicated to third parties, except as provided in this Policy.

 

These transfers are made under agreements by which these companies have undertaken to respect the level of personal data protection offered by European legislation or in accordance with other mechanisms recognized by the legislation in force.
