 Founded in 2017, Progicar is a software publisher dedicated to the world of automotive distribution. We develop solutions enabling our customers to digitize and industrialize their activities, from the management of used vehicle reconditioning plants, spare parts management to the centralization of vehicle movements between dealerships.

Job description

As a UX/UI designer, you'll work collaboratively and iteratively to transform complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
You'll be joining a dynamic, creative team: the Product team, made up of Ronan (CPO), Céline, Sylvain and Xavier (PO), and Guillaume and Charles (Designer).
You'll work closely with one of our teams, comprising a PO, a Lead Dev and developers.
 

THE MISSIONS

  • Design product interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX);
  • Produce user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes
  • Assist the PO in researching the use and operation of various products;
  • Accompany the developers during the handoff and ensure that your work is properly integrated (Acceptance);
  • Analyze user insights and feedback;
  • Contribute new ideas to constantly improve our users' experience

YOUR PROFILE 

  • You're currently studying for a Master 1 in UX Design;
  • You are empathetic and have good analytical and listening skills;
  • You're familiar with user-centric approaches;
  • You're curious, you ask questions and discover new working methods;
  • You have a collaborative mindset and can work independently.

Regular travel will be required to our users' sites as needed: Logipar Ouest - Torcé (35), Autoprepar - Villevêque (49) as well as Gemy group concessions (Bretagne & Pays de la Loire).

FUNCTIONING OF THE TEAM

At Progicar, developers are fully involved in the entire product cycle, participating in the business exploration phases (we are in a phase of learning the Domain Driven Design philosophy) in order to have the most extensive knowledge of the business possible. This allows them to have both a business and a technical vision and therefore to be able to make proposals. We recruit developers within our business squads, a squad is composed of a product owner, a lead developer and developers. The squads rely on the support of a CTO for architecture issues and to make the link with the other squads.
 

THE MISSIONS

Within the team and as a Developer - M/F, your missions are the following:

  • Participate in business exploration rituals and business modeling phases.
  • Design and develop applications that meet business needs, applying the best practices defined within the squad (PSR, test pyramid, patterns...).
  • Write specifications / technical documentation.
  • Participate in various agile rituals.
  • Conduct technology watch and share knowledge with the team.

Job description

As part of the acceleration of the marketing of our solutions, we are looking for a
Customer Success Manager. In relation with the Product teams and the Sales team and
Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of
products and services offered by Progicar. Your first mission will be to accompany
of Progicar Remarket, the solution for the management of the plants of
reconditioning of used vehicles.
 
Your missions will be based on the following themes:
  • Accompany the deployment of our solutions to customers, taking into account their organization.
  • Train users of Progicar software to help them maximize their use and performance.
  • Identify customer needs to participate in the definition of the roadmap of our solutions.
  • Develop business relationships with existing customers by supporting them in the use of our software.
  • Participate in the implementation of the customer loyalty strategy.
  • In collaboration with the Product teams, participate in customer support by managing user requests and incidents.
The candidate must have:
  • Experience in customer relationship management in an industrial context
  • Knowledge of SaaS software and computer technologies
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Sense of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Working language: French, English desired
  • Experience in training would be a plus.

  • Fluent English

Required Profile:

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B context and you are passionate about digital applications in an industrial context.

As part of our development project, we are looking for a Lead Developer, reporting to the CTO. You will be in charge of a technical team and will interact with the product team and the Sales and Marketing team. Your missions will be based on the following themes
  • Participate in business exploration rituals and business modeling phases.
  • Design and develop applications that meet business needs, applying the best practices defined within the squads (psr, tests, patterns, solid...).
  • Challenge best practices and ensure the quality of the code produced by the team of developers under your responsibility.
  • Supervise the team of developers and support them in their skills development (review, peer-programming...)
  • Write specifications / technical documentation.
  • Participate in various agile rituals.
  • Conduct technology watch and share knowledge with the team.
