Job description
As part of our development project, we are looking for a Lead Developer, reporting to the CTO. You will be in charge of a technical team and will interact with the product team and the Sales and Marketing team. Your missions will be based on the following themes- Participate in business exploration rituals and business modeling phases.
- Design and develop applications that meet business needs, applying the best practices defined within the squads (psr, tests, patterns, solid...).
- Challenge best practices and ensure the quality of the code produced by the team of developers under your responsibility.
- Supervise the team of developers and support them in their skills development (review, peer-programming...)
- Write specifications / technical documentation.
- Participate in various agile rituals.
- Conduct technology watch and share knowledge with the team.
Required Profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and arelooking for a challenging position in a fast-paced company where your vision and choices will have an impact.

Job description
- You will develop sales of our solutions to players in the automotive industry throughout France;
- You manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract signature;
- You use the resources at your disposal (trade fairs, CRM, customer recommendations, social networks, etc.) to identify new projects;
- You will be able to highlight the differentiating features of our solutions, particularly during tool demonstrations, and draw on in-house resources to finalize deals;
