In this dynamic context, our product team continues to grow and we are looking for an experienced Product Designer, capable of designing and improving the user experience of our solutions.

Job description

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play a key role in the design and development of the company's SaaS products. You will be involved in all phases of product design, in collaboration with the Product Owners, a junior Product Designer and the technical teams.

Your tasks will include

UX/UI design: Design intuitive, effective interfaces based on user path analysis, in close collaboration with the product and development teams.
User Research & Discovery: Define and implement user research methods to identify needs and prioritize improvements.
Visual and ergonomic consistency: guarantee the homogeneity of interfaces and contribute to the company's Design System.
Continuous improvement: Analyze user feedback, implement qualitative and quantitative tests and continuously optimize products.
Documentation and monitoring: Ensure that best practices are shared internally, and maintain a watch on product design trends.

Profile required

Your skills and experience

Experience :

8 to 10 years' experience in product design, ideally on B2B SaaS products.

Tools & methods:

- Discovery and user research methods.
- Expertise in Figma and UI modeling tools.
- Skills in prototyping, testing and iterating on interfaces.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and co-design practices.
- Ideally, experience with Design Systems and analytical data analysis.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools is a plus.
